Atlantic Towers

Review: My husband,[redacted] ordered a boat top from Atlantic Towers in June. They charged the credit card which is in my name. He cancelled the order the next week and was told ok and to email a cancellation request also. He did and was told the credit would be done the next day. On the July statement there was no credit, so [redacted] called back and was told the controller would issue it the next day. The August statement came and still no credit. This time [redacted] called and was told it would be done Friday, 8/16, and he would be called back to confirm it was issued. So far we have no credit and no phone call. They have literally just stole 1334.00 from us. Please help us ! Thanks, [redacted]Desired Settlement: All we want is our money back. Credit card refunded or a check mailed.
