Review: My company, [redacted], contracted with Atlantic Travel & Tours Bus Co for airport transfer and 2 hour bus tour for December * and December *, 2014. Deposit of $500 was paid for invoice # [redacted] and confirmation received from Atlantic dated August **, 2014. On September **, 2014, I contacted Atlantic that I had to cancel the charter service and requested the return of the $500 deposit. After repeated messages to Atlantic about the return of the deposit, I was informed that I would receive a personal check from [redacted] to cover this deposit. On January **, 2015 I deposited her check; it bounced on January **, 2015 for insufficient funds and [redacted] incurred a $15 charge. My last email demanded that the deposit be returned by money order. The deadline has past without the return of the deposit.Desired Settlement: Based on the extensive documentation, I expect that Atlantic Travel & Tours Bus Company return the $500 deposit and the $15 bank charge for the bounced check.
