Atlantic Uniform

Review: New patches were required for our (my) uniform shirts. 18 people turned in their currently owned shirts. The shirt I gave them was meticulously cared for and in perfect condition. Because of its care, I wanted the shirt that I turned in ,back. So I affixed labels to the shirt with my name on it. On 9/2/15 the the shirt they gave me back was in little better condition than a dust rag. It had been poorly washed and maintained. Further the shirt had gun butt damage on the left rear of the shirt indicating it was worn by a left-hander (we are armed security for the Belleville Board of Ed). The patches that were affixed to the sleeves were positioned terribly. The patch on the left sleeve was 7"s from the collar. The patch on the right sleeve was at almost 9"s from the collar. The shirt, besides being in bad condition, and not mine, it looked horrible. There are other members of the security force that have similar complaints. I responded to the store on 9/3/15 and showed "Larry" my complaints. He acknowledged that my complaints were legitimate. He and I approached one of the owners , Gary (the son). Gary had no interest in my complaint and gave vague excuses for why the shirt looked like that. He told me he didn't have time to speak to me and would get back to me. On 9/4/15 I called and spoke to Gary again. He would provide his name but I knew by what he was saying to me it was the person I spoke to on the day before. He admitted that he was the owner. He told me the shirt were done to BOE specs and didn't want to discuss it any more but would conduct an inquiry and call me back He went to hang up and I stopped him and asked who he was going to call because he hadn't asked me for my information. On 9/8/15. since he hadn't called back I called and left a message with "Larry" and provided my name and number again. Larry told me that he would forward the info to "both" Garys (father & son). To date (9/16/15) I have not received any call back.Desired Settlement: I want my shirt back. , properly patched, so that I project the professionalism that is required. Or a shirt that is commensurate with the one that was provided to him for the required adjustments, with the patches properly affixed.
