9/6/17We believe someone is telling customer a misleading statement or just plain lying to her. We say this because when we checked the battery with her looking with us with a battery tester. The battery tested good. This test was performed twice with her looking at testing machine results. I NEVER...

SEEN A BATTERY GO BAD IN 18 HOURS LIKE SHE CLAIMS IN HER LETTER OF COMPLAINT. When asked her when someone told her the battery was bad, why didn't she come back to us. Her reply was it was inconvenient for her to do so. I can understand now she now has two batteries and only need one. With this being said I will make a exception to our policy and giver her a full refund.
