Review: I have a lifetime warranty on my filter system. Over the past 3 to 4 years our water has not been clear or tasted right. I told the people and they always said it checked out correctly according to their water tests. We finally got someone to come out and look at the system and they admitted it was corroded and needed parts that they no longer have. They wanted to charge us another $1,000 to make the system work right and never bothered to tell us when they did their yearly $200.00 water checks. I have been with this company since 1998. No one let us know the system was not operating right. They just kept taking the $200 and telling us everything was fine. They said I never filed a complaint with their company which is true because I would complain to the person that came to our home and was reassured that the water test was correct. It wasn't until my husband was home that a representative came and admitted that the corrosion didn't happen over night. He admitted that this took years to develop and no one bothered to try to correct this. He knew we had a Lifetime Warranty but said it didn't apply because the parts are no longer available. I used to have a beautiful aquarium and all the fish died due to the water. This company is not what I would call honest. I cannot believe they would do this to a customer that always paid them while they were in my home. They never had to ask for payment. Why would any company treat a good customer this way? We cannot drink the water. I buy bottled water.Desired Settlement: I want a new Filter System with a Life Time Warranty just like I had before.
