Mr. [redacted] applied for credit and was approved for the 2008 [redacted]. The next day, Mr. [redacted] came in to the dealership, inspected the vehicle, test drove, negotiated terms, agreed to purchase the vehicle and put down a deposit to keep the vehicle from being sold to...
someone else until he could come back later that day or Monday the following week to complete the sale. When a customer agrees to purchase a vehicle and put down a deposit, the vehicle is no longer for sale. The customer signs a Bill of Sale with the terms they agreed to and signs that the $500 Deposit is Not Refundable and will hold the vehicle for a max of 5 days. There are 5 people licensed to sell vehicles at Ohio Auto Warehouse and the salespeople are told that the vehicle is no longer available. If they have another customer approved, the customer is told the vehicle is no longer available and the other sale is lost. After Brent our sales person spoke to Mr. [redacted] multiple times and was still not satisfied, I called him twice and left a message once. in an attached message, Mr. [redacted] referenced being consulted by his attorney that he is entitled to a refund of his deposit. After receiving that email, I called Mr. [redacted] and left him a message to please return my call and have his attorney contact me directly. We have not heard back from either prior to this Revdex.com complaint to try and get this matter resolved. Within 1 year we are willing to apply the $500 towards the purchase of another vehicle at Ohio Auto Warehouse.
