We are officially requesting that this complaint be closed and removed. This is an existing customer. The documentation was signed and verified with the customer and was sent from the customers verified fax machine at the time of enrollment. They have been a customer for over a year. All of the...

requested documentation has already been sent to the customer twice and will be send again within 5-10 business days of the last request as stated to the customer. While the customer can cancel at anytime for any reason the customer must sign a release and remit termination fees for the early cancellation.

If an auto renewal cancellation request had been received prior to March [redacted], then the account would not have been auto renewed. The customer did not contact us until after the renewal was executed. As there was no fault on our end we ask that this be closed and removed. Additionally [redacted] is not the authorized contact on this account, we have been in touch with the account holders and are in the process of working on a deferment as a courtesy.  Thank you in advance.

please see the attached paperwork.  This was faxed to ABC llc on Feb [redacted], 2015.  We clearly stated our desire to discontinue and association with ABC llc.  In this instance all early termination fees are ABC llc responsibility , and we request $500 for our time and inconvenience.  Also this should remain on the record as a blemish against ABC llc to show their deceitful ways of doing business.[redacted]

First off I never got any documents from them when asked . Being yes it is true that we were a client since last year , I don't like how they handle their clients . I asked for proof of when we started business with them not when I signed up with the energy supply company which is [redacted] . They are a broker for the energy supply companies . I don't recall signing up with them . I just want them to cancel my so called contract .

Review: This company keeps calling us for authorization to proceed with services. We have repeatedly asked them proof that we are a customer and each time they call they provide different answers. We requested a copy of our agreement with them and instead they sent us a renewal agreements. I recently called them and requested that they stop calling and sending us information & they refused stating that they can't b/c we are their client. Today we asked for a copy of the agreement and they said that they could not send it b/c I am not the person who initiated the contract. He left the company and I am his replacement. We get our bills via [redacted], we pay [redacted] and just want to continue that relationship. We are not signing any papework.Desired Settlement: Stop contacting me

Review: I contacted this company to find out when I actually agreed to use them as a broker for Energy Supply with [redacted] . They was not able to provide me with this info when I called back on February *,2015. I called the company that they informed me that my company was switching to and they was not able either to provide me with any account information. Today I received a notice from [redacted] stating that I had changed to a new supplier which I did not give any verbal or written consent to any such changes. Besides the fact the sale person that called me numerous of times for me to sign a contract and also asking my employees personal questions regarding me was not professional at all . Today I called the company and finally was able to speak with a supervisor regrading this matter . First she stated when I asked her how did they become my broker she said that she didn't know , It could of been by Phone or someone in person or a right click ? . So after I mention that I wanted to terminate service she was going to report them to the Revdex.com she was able to tell me that I signed something via Fax and I had to wait 7-10 days to get the actual contract I signed by mail . If in fact If signed an agreement I would like to terminate the contract, cause they are very pushy and rude when dealing with the consumer .Desired Settlement: I just want this contract to be terminated and for them to stop contacting me .

Review: In October 2014, I had my assistant research energy supply companies to find the best rate for all 5 of my Peco accounts. Upon doing so, she found a very low rate, with no early termination fees/annual fees with an energy supply company called [redacted]. She began the process to switch the accounts from the current company listed on my Peco bills, which was [redacted] to the new supplier [redacted].

Shortly after in November 2014, I began receiving early termination fees from [redacted]. After paying a total of $567 to [redacted] I thought that was it. However, it was only the beginning.

February 2015, the low rate promotion that [redacted] was offering expired. Therefore, I enrolled with [redacted], which is now [redacted]. I was still receiving a low rate, no early termination fees/annual fees. However, because 2 of my Peco accounts have fairly low usage, [redacted] would not enroll them, so I went back to [redacted] for those 2 accounts and left the other 3 accounts at [redacted].

In March 2015, I got a notice from IC System (collection agency) about early termination fees owed to [redacted] for canceling on a property that I no longer owned. After speaking with [redacted] and forwarding them all pertinent documentation, the fees were dropped as of April 2015.

Two months later, in June 2015 I received an invoice from Atlantis Business Consulting in the amount of $183.80. I had no idea who this company was, but they too were charging me fees for canceling with [redacted] on the property that I no longer owned. I had my assistant reach out to Atlantis Business Consulting to dispute this fee, but more importantly to find out how this company got my information. I did not recall ever signing a contract with them and requested proof of signature that I did in fact sign a contract. They said they would mail the copy of proof, which I never received. However, we thought possibly that it was being mailed to the old property.

In July 2015, I assumed they disregarded the invoice on the property I no longer owned because I was never billed again. However, I received an Auto Renewal Letter from [redacted] for a separate Peco account. My assistant reached out to the CFO of Atlantis Business Consulting via email to explain the situation. After several attempts, the only response my assistant received was that she is not an authorized person to speak with about my accounts.

In September 2015, I had my assistant contact [redacted] to question the Auto Renewal Letter. She spoke to the Director of Operations. Due to my assistant not being an authorized person to speak with about my accounts, we had a conference call between the 3 of us to discuss the matter at hand. The Director explained to us that [redacted] was contacted by Atlantis Business Consulting, acting on my behalf, as my broker for energy suppliers. She continued to explain that in 2013 I supposedly signed a contract with Atlantis Business Consulting via fax. She forwarded the copy to my assistant for our records. During this phone conversation I gave authorization for my assistant to handle everything going forward and also to give my notice to cancel with [redacted]. Even though they were my energy supplier for one month I ended up paying $180 to have the 2 accounts canceled. After speaking with the Director from [redacted], I had my assistant reach out to the CFO of Atlantis Business Consulting to let her know we are forwarding her the copy of the signed contract and to cancel my relationship with Atlantis Business Consulting effective immediately. I also sent the CFO an email authorizing my assistant to take care of this matter. The CFO responded that all accounts would be canceled and I would no longer have a relationship with Atlantis Business Consulting.

In December 2015, I received 2 invoices from Atlantis Business Consulting. The first invoice was for $537.09 explaining that I terminated the supply agreement with [redacted] and the second invoice for $151.29 for terminating with [redacted]. I canceled with Atlantis Business Consulting as my broker in September 2015. The invoices are dated December 2015. Also, [redacted] was canceled in November 2014 and paid fees. [redacted] was also canceled, after Atlantis Business Consulting had them switch my accounts without any notification, and they were paid fees. It is as if Atlantis Business Consulting is charging termination fees on top of the energy supplier charging termination fees. I had my assistant notify the CFO about the situation and her response was that the fees are valid and nothing can be done. I completely disagree with this response. I did not recall signing a contract, and when given proof, I canceled right away. I should not have to pay termination fees again when I already paid them to the energy suppliers. The CFO explained that Atlantis Business Consulting was my broker and found the best rates for me. If that were the case I would’ve stayed with [redacted] and [redacted], but they were not. The rates were too high and they had fees for everything. That is why I am with [redacted] and [redacted] as my energy suppliers. I have always had my assistant stay in contact with the CFO to discuss my concerns and nothing has been done to fix the issue.

In January 2016, I received another invoice from Atlantis Business Consulting for $35.10 for terminating with [redacted]. How is it that I canceled with Atlantis Business Consulting in September 2015 and continue to receive new invoices in January 2016? The CFO has been notified every step of the way about my concerns and continues to say the invoices are valid and nothing can be done.Desired Settlement: I have satisfied payment to [redacted] and [redacted] for terminating service. Proper disclosures were never sent to me from Atlantis Business Consulting listing a fee schedule, or any communication about my contract with their company for that matter. Therefore, I should not be charged and required to pay termination fees to Atlantis Business Consulting. I wish to no longer have a relationship with this company as well as wish to have no further contact with Atlantis Business Consulting.

Review: ABC llc without any verification of our wishes, and contrary to any and all correspondence faxed to their company since November [redacted], 2014, changed our business power generation supply from Great American power at.0074/KWH to Marathon power generation company at 0095/KWH. This has in turn cost us several early termination fees, and a resulting higher cost per KWH for our power generation.Desired Settlement: ABC llc is to pay any difference in cost we have over what the contract for our power generation will be for the term of the original contract, cover the cost of any early termination fees, and $500 cash for the time lost and work being done to correct their actions, which were clearly not wanted by Furniture Factory Outlet ( as shown by all faxed correspondence to their company)
