My name is [redacted] the General Manager at Atlantis Hotel. I have 20 years experience inhotel operations. I remember this situation clearly. I intervened accidentally on the way by the desk tothe bank that morning. This woman was telling my front desk clerk that she wanted her name...

becauseshe was rude to her. This womans son stood off to the side by the elevator observing this conversation.I 'intervened and stated my name and position and asked if I could help her. She asked for my nameagain and I again stated it. She said I was also rude. I explained I haven't said anything yet may I helpyou? As she stormed away to her son and the elevator she yelled your lucky my husband isn't here and Iexplained I wouldn't put up with this. She didn't want to talk or be helped. She was upset with my front desk staff [redacted] that she stated ourweekday rate was $69.99 for the night she stayed and $125.99 for Friday. She wanted the same rate. This whole incident was recorded as is everything at our front desk. She was upset about the weekendrate and as god is my witness and [redacted] I never did call her a jerk. This whole situation is untrue. Wewill not be refunding her room. Thank you for your time.[redacted]GM Atlantis

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It was after a review our invoice statements we realized we never received the $600 that was agreed upon. Beyond that I, [redacted], had never received a phone call from Fence Masters in regards to a time that he would be coming to our home to work on our fence. During the time he was building the fence, he would frequently come by unannounced so this seems to be a trend. I am an American citizen and my English is easy to understand. Using my husbands accent, which isn't a problem for most people, is not an excuse for failing to communicate with us. Furthermore, the statement written by Fence Masters did not propose any plans of action beyond gaining access to my property and is written as an excuse rather than a plan to handle our complaint. The truck that we sold to him was under an agreed amount of $1,200 as he admits in his statement. We have an invoice showing the $600 he paid to us in cash however, the remaining $600 was not taken off our bill.  In my original complaint I simply asked for the $600 we are owed and compensation for a different company to come and finally finish the project ( Estimations and bill to be used as proof). I will continue to standby my original request.
Regards,
[redacted]

To whom it may concern, I am not using any one's accent as an excuse for miscommunication. I apologize for any perceived reference. All of the last attempts to resolve this problem ended each time with Mr not willing to engage in any other dialogue other than that I had  already agreed to repay the $600  he believed I was overpaid. I had agreed to review the payment record to see if it showed a overpayment. He kept insisting that I admit to agreeing to the overpayment and would not speak to anything else. I asked several times to speak with his wife but he would not communicate to me clearly as to if I could expect that. The last time I spoke with Mrs. was when I paid her the $600 for the truck and we agreed to credit their bill with the remaining $600 payment balance. I believe this is where the confusion started. Mr was not present during this conversation. I have not spoken to her since then. I could not address the problem with the gate with Mr. each time I attempted as he would get more upset regarding his insistence that I admit to agreeing to the overpayment. I also tried to ask him if he could review his bank withdrawals to see if his daily limit of $600 coincited with the payment total. If I could have spoken to Mrs. we would have resolved this one way or another. I have always conducted myself with the believe the customer is always right. I would not disrespect their opinions or requests. It was difficult to communicate with Mr because he was getting more irate each time we spoke. If after I spoke to her she still believed I was overpaid and would not meet me half way as a compromise I would have agreed to pay the amount they believe I was overpaid. I was very uncomfortable with the inference from Mr. that I intentionally overcharged him and I never felt as though he acknowledged this. At this point I will agree to pay $600 if I have the opportunity to finish the job. This means correcting the trajectory of the gate when closing, and any other concerns they may have. thank you, sincerely. [redacted]

Hello, I am writing this response to the complaint reported to the Revdex.com.There is a problem with the roll gate we installed at this project. It canbe resolved easily when I gain access to the property and have electricityand no cars on the driveway. I was initially contacted by the wife for aquote and...

actually met with the husband who has a heavy accent. I purchaseda pickup truck from the homeowners and credited $600 of the $1,200 to theirbill. The husband was paying in $600 increments because he could withdrawonly $600 daily from his account. When the job was completed he paid infull and he was given a invoice. At that time there was no discrepancyexpressed. We went back several times to find no access to electricity andno one home when we scheduled the returns. He then called and said I owedhim $ 600 . I said I would check to verify it and called him back. When wenext spoke he was very agitated and it was very difficult to understand
