Review: Atlantis Landscaping Corp. was contracted by me to shovel snow from my property. There was adeposit of $50 to make the contract valid. I sent the $50 check with my signed contract.The deposit was to be applied to the first snowfall. When the storm came and left snow on myproperty, I called Atlantis to get an ETA for them to clear my walk and driveway. They nevershowed up and at 4 pm was told that the truck was disabled and they would not be coming. I hadsomeone else do the work. [redacted] of Atlantis told me via the telephone that my $50 would berefunded. After many phone calls, it becomes clear that the check is NEVER forthcoming. I believethat this shoddy business practice should be exposed so that no one else is taken in by thiscompany.Desired Settlement: I would like Atlantis to refund my $50 ASAP !
