[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:As Peter stated, he did winterize my boatHowever, it does not matter how old is the boat or the engine if it is winterized properlyAs Peter also stated I do a lot of the mechanics myself, which means I know a thing or two about motors and definitely know that the boat MUST be winterized for the winterAll my friends will tell you that I am very responsible and the main person who they come to for the boat adviceAlos, I am the first one to remind my friends to make sure they winterize their boatsIn addition, I found many other people who have similar complains about A&D MarineThey said that work was done very poorly or not at all and that they never got their money back because they could not prove itThis town is very small and if the A&D Marine really wants me to find those people and ask more around and get the word out, I can do thatMy friends will tell you that I would never leave my boat unwinterizedThe owner is lying!!! Boat was winterized in early fall of 2016. All services to winterize engine was properly performed and verified by me, MrPeter K. We have worked on this boat for many years and all of a sudden this occurs. We have never had a cracked block since day of opening. This motor
is 20+ years old. This gentleman also does alot of his own mechanical work. He was one of the 1st boats to have winter service. Why was boat not bought back to A+C to summerize? But yet comes in and said we did not do our job properly. He has never bought his boat in this early in the season for service

Alos, I am the first one to remind my friends to make sure they winterize their boats. In addition, I found many other people who have similar complains about A&D Marine. They said that work was done very poorly or not at all and that they never got their money back because they could not prove it. This town is very small and if the A&D Marine really wants me to find those people and ask more around and get the word out, I can do that. My friends will tell you that I would never leave my boat unwinterized. The owner is lying!!!
