Atlantis Pools Inc installed an aboveground pool for [redacted] & [redacted] on 07/09/When they came into our store and put the deposit down on the swimming pool, they saw the ladder they were getting and agreed to the standard unit that was installed on the pool originallyThe pool was installed and a couple of days later, they called and talked to Travis about getting a different ladderAt that point they decided, they wanted a more sturdy and wider ladderWhile speaking to Travis, Travis informed them that he would have to research and check what ladders would accommodate their needsThey discussed it and he told them he had to custom order the ladder due to it not being in stockHe went on to order it through distributionDistribution had to order it from the manufacturer due to it being a non-stocking itemThe ladder took longer to get into the distribution center then they had expectedThe day it was delivered into the distribution center, we had a special delivery of just the ladder, delivered into our officeIt was received on Thursday 7/23/at approximately 5:pmBy am the following day, the ladder was on site and being installed on 7/24/We were only instructing the homeowner of what we were being told through distribution through out the processSince then, we have also went out and put the filter back together for the homeowners when they took it apart and could not figure it out at no cost to themThis situation has already been resolved by the time I even received anything about thisThanks,Bill R [redacted] Pres.Atlantis Pools Inc.###-###-####

This car wash has repeatedly charged my credit card $for a $3, $4,$5, or $car wash I see by many comments made about this particular business on-line, that this is happening to other customersThe listed phone number has been disconnected, and the other listed number is a fax number

We received Mr. [redacted]'s initial inquiry on 6-16. He was scheduled at the first available opening we had on our service calendar. We also explained to Mr. [redacted] that June is our busiest month of the entire year and it sometimes takes several days...

for us to return calls to schedule Spa Service.
We replaced a broken drain cap on Monday, June 27th 2016 and we consider the matter to be closed aside from the $50.00 warranty trip charge that Mr. [redacted] owes us.
We explained to Mr. [redacted] that we did not and do not believe that this is a manufacturer defect, as defined by and covered in the manufacturer warranty. This was explained to him specifically because it is not Atlantis Pools who creates and facilitates warranty guidelines, but rather Watkins Manufacturing who is responsible for articulating this framework. When a warranty claim is materially denied by the manufacturer because it is outside of what is covered by the warranty, then the customer is responsible for the full cost of the repair. It is our policy to notify customers of the possibility of this when we encounter situations where this policy may apply.
As a Warranty Service Center, we are obligated to follow the guidelines that the manufacturer gives us as we are NOT the part responsible for the warranty terms, conditions or fulfillment. If Mr. [redacted] prefers, in the future he is free to select a different provider for his warranty service. However, if the Warranty Trip Charge is not paid, we will no longer be able to service Mr. [redacted] in the future, regardless of warranty validation.
Seldom in 35 years in business have any of our employees been treated as badly as what occurred with Mr. [redacted]. He was rude, abusive, unreasonable and used exceedingly inappropriate language on the phone.
Having carried his make/model of spa for more than 10 years, we have never had this particular part break. It is our opinion, as informed by our Factory Certified Technician, that Mr. [redacted] broke this part himself, even if accidentally.
None of us would ever speak to anyone in any job in the incredibly demeaning way that Mr. [redacted] spoke to our staff. It is likely, that we will decline to offer further service to Mr. [redacted].::
