Dear Mr ***,I apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred. The membership you joined up on was a monthly membership that continued for as long as you wished. The benefit of the promotional offer is it gave you every other month free for months then the
membership continued on allowing you to set the term. I am sorry if this information was not conveyed clearly. I also realize we did make a mistake billing you in April and I am absolutely going to refund that charge. The $fee charged in January is an annual fee charged once a year. Every monthly member pays it. If mistakes were made on our part I sincerely apologize and will do whatever it takes to make it right. I wish we could have talked prior to the letter you wrote to the Revdex.com. I have been in this industry for years and at this Hotel for years, I know we would have resolved this issue calmly and to your $100% satisfaction. That being said I am happy to refund you the $you requestedAlso, to put your mind at ease about your credit score, *** *** is not a real collection agency. They have absolutely no authority, access or influence to your credit score. We use them because often times members credit cards expire and they are so busy these days they forget to notify us.
