Albert came to our home and took the time to show us the Defender and the Majestic I must say this I bought a Dyson in Dec of and Albert did not need get to certain points cause we seen the difference and how better the Majestic is Do not get me wrong, I enjoy my Dyson, but I know we will enjoy the Majestic MUCH more Along with the pleasantry of the Majestic and the Defender, Albert made us feel comfortable with his demonstration Which goes to say a lot., not only for the product, but for the the individual backing the product I bragged about my Dyson, and I tell you this, with the Majestic, I'll be bragging how much more it does then the Dyson I am extremely impressed
The products are Amazing it's really cleaning my home instead of just wasting my time and efford! the service of Atlas Air and Filter queen in general is beyond expectetions I'm highly recommending for everyone! a product like this I belive every family needs in their homes Albert the representetive was very profesional and nicei didnt felt any presure from him , and I like that A lot

The door to door person asked questions when she came to my door on the evening of December 8, The questions were deigned to solicit a human nature response to enable a follow-upThe three questions were: Do you think air quality has become better or worse or stayed the same in the past years? Are you concerned about air quality inside your home or outside? Does any member of your home suffer from allergies or a respiratory condition? Any "yes" answer will yield an entry into a draw Feb 1, for $ The follphone call from this company ( [redacted] ) days later begins "the tale" about the leading questions and to inform you about a free gift of $travel voucher for doing the survey questions...(Red Flag - leading questions at the door can't be worth $to a solvent business) She begins to let me know about the $and asks how I would spend the money Then I ask what does this draw have to do with your company's interest in air pollutionShe begins to tell me that her company is a leader in air cleaning systemsSo I ask what systems and she names the Majestic and the Defender Had I not recognized that there was no significant information about the company and that the door-to-door person did not know if there was a company policy to protect my personal information or where the information would be held - she simply said that "it was just a job"If the hair on the back of my neck wasn't standing, I would not have done a background check on what A.A.IIncstood for and I would not have seen the Revdex.com report on the company or the complaints mention in the media in Since I did it was easier to find out enough information about Filter Queen products to lie to Tracy about owning the MajesticI was relieved that this was enough to get my information out of their computer systemI might have been interested in their product but not after the shady introduction
We as a couple really enjoyed the personal touch we receivedWe are returning customers as we purchased our 1st unit years agoJust love the machine and have passed the old one on to one of our childrenThe air purifier is a welcome addition
We had a very nice man Craig come show us these incredible machines We were shocked when we saw how much dirt came out of our carpet and furniture The things he pulled out of our mattress was disgusting The Defender made the air so much cleaner and better to breath Simply amazing
We were very surprised at how much the Majestic pulled out of our carpet as we had just cleaned before Craig arrived The Defender was absolutely incredible at cleaning the air These machines are fantastic Looking forward to using them from now on
