I would also like to state for the record that I have never directly spoken to Mr*** as he states in the comments I wouldwelcome to calm and respectful discussion with the purchaser directlyI must also state that I have never rejected speaking with Mr.***I have only had the opportunity to speak with the recipient of the gift certificate who would not have known about our policies at Atlas Beauty Hammam SpaThese discussions with the recipient have happened on multiple occasions, and we seem to make no progress on accepting the stated policy and the option to use the gift certificateThe multiple calls have become disruptive, harassing, and tone-deaf in nature We will no longer entertain calls of this nature.Since Mr *** understands our stated returns policy on gift certificates, we simply state that as an organization we stand by our commitment to our customers and our policesWe will offer no refund, and we will not be responding to future inquiries regarding this issueWe would like to thank the Revdex.com for their mediation process.We wish Mr*** well in the future My best,

To whom it may concern:Regarding the issue of returns for gift card purchases at Atlas Beauty Hammam Spa, our policy is clearly stated on our website where the gift card purchase originated. If policies are altered for one client and not another, there is no intent behind a stated
policy. We have offered services to the client that will not impact her medical issues, and we have clearly state that the gift card has no expiration date. The client has refused service and ONLY requests the cash value of the gift card. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, however, our policies are clearly stated. In addition, the nature of the communications have gone from collaboration to more of a harrasing nature in tone. We will not tolerate any form of harassment. We will standby our offer to provide amazing service if the client should choose to make an appointment. My best,
