[redacted] to [redacted] The issue has been resolved. I met with the Dr. and it seems that the whole issue was due to miscommunication between me and the staff that answered the phone. He went over my health records and explained the charges. He was really approachable and I am sorry I did not go to him before I put this complain. I would love to go back to the clinic because the clinic has a good environment and the doctor seems to have the best interest for his patients but I will do that once I have an insurance that can cover most of my care. His regular charges are not within my limits at the moment.
