In an effort to resolve this matter in a fair and professional manner, I wish to make the following response. Many of the statements made in the complaint are disputableThe one point I wish to make is the Office voice mail was never full. The private telephone voice mail of our
Salesperson working on the job did have a short period of being full. Also, never was anyone in our company beyond our Salesperson made aware of the issues made in the complaint. To bring this unfortunate situation to a end, we will do the following:We will consider the Contract, dated 11/14/mutually cancelled. We will deduct the following occurred expenses from the $7,Down Payment. A total of trips were made to Payson by our Salesperson. The round trip mileage was miles, as per IRS Mileage Standards, that equals $per trip, or a total of $for trips. Each trip took hours driving time. That breaks down to $per trip as based on our employees salary for trips, a total of $2000.00. Time spent at the site and in other meetings is not being chargedThis comes to a total of $trip and driving charges.We will refund the $balance left on the down payment as follows; payments each of 1,beginning of the 15th of March, followed by payments in the same amount on the 15th of April, May and June.
