In response:To Whom it May Concern:This matter is a misunderstanding on the customers behalf.  We have tried multiple times to communicate the issue with what seemed to be positive results.  We were called due to Miss [redacted]/[redacted]s dock being raised 6' out of the water due to a flood...

that had wedged a neighboring dock underneath the customers.  We were called out on an emergency basis to ensure that the dock was floating to do this we had to raise the dock; using hoists and cranes, to suspend thier dock in the air while we removed enough debris below it to get it floating again.  This step alone should have cost $8,317.12.  As you can see in the attached estimate that was provided to the customer and that the work was based on it does not state that we will remove all debris below.  This was only the first step to remove what could be seen and protect the customers investment.  We have been out multiple times since and spent thousands of UN-billed monies to make this customer happy.  Removing additional debris that didn't exist during the initial work and also removing debris that was uncovered by boat traffic. An estimate and invoice was sent after the initial work was done to remove "unforeseen Items, however there is debris across the main channel and on both sides of their property that continues to wash in. We have gone as far as to go to their house after hours on Friday night to move their dock 30' to the left so that they could take their boat out for the weekend and return Monday to put it back in the permitted footprint. We believe that this customer is mistaken and based on her comment, is reading the most recent estimate that has been sent stating that all unforeseen debris would be removed within her property lines.  This estimate has not been agreed to the job is not finished, the insurance company has called us multiple times to try to move that job forward however with the several shocking emails, voicemail's, phone calls that [redacted] has made we do not feel comfortable providing additional service. We feel every effort has been made to rectify this issue, removing not only debris on their property but as far out as the middle of the channel where roof sheets were sticking up and outside their property on both sides. The calls that we have recorded and some of the emails that have been by miss [redacted] would be considered by most as harassment and very unnecessary.  There is a large clientele base that would attest that we do whatever is necessary within reason 24 hours a day to take care of their investment and we always make rectifying any issue our top priority.
