pricing to booking a ***icapped unitPer our reservations agent, *** insisted on booking a unit at a discounted price as posted in one of our many brochuresOur agent mentioned to her that the units with the rates posted at the discounted rate were sold out*** called back booked the ***icapped accessible room at per night for nights and explained to her explicitly that should she cancel there are no refundsWe carry a day cancellation policy and no refunds will be given from here on out*** agreed to our termsOn Friday, August 15, it was ***’s check in dayAt that time, she viewed her unit and no complaints were made except for there were no sheets available for the hideaway bedAt this time our office was closed so *** corresponded with me as an afterhours emergency callI offered to move her to an upgraded ocean view suite at no charge to accommodate her sheet situation with the hideaway bed*** refused! She didn’t want to move to another unit with her daughtersShe claimed her daughters were sleeping but per our security reports, her daughters were present with her at the time of making the sheet complaint with our security office*** called my personal cell phone demanding a phone call be made to her within hoursI made the phone call, *** failed to answer*** proceeded with checking out on her checkout date and never came to our office during operational hours to take care of any matters she was unhappy withAt checkout our housekeepers entered the unit *** was occupying to find damaged linens and towels stained in its entirety with hair dye*** owes our company $for damaged linens as specified in our vacation rental agreementPictures are attachedUnfortunately in this situation *** never made the attempt to resolve matters except for threatening me on behalf of our management company with making allegations and wanting a free stay. I am rejecting this response because:this is all made up fabrication,  first of all I never spoke , to this Manger Anna.I only delta with the security the whole time.2nd my daughters was not sleeping when he came to my room to ask to switch rooms, they was in the shower.3rdI was not searching for a cheaper room the sales person insisted I book now cause they only have 2 mrs left, 4th I don't need a free stay I have family there that thought we was staying there , but cause my parent are disabled,  they needed privacy.last Anna never made no attempt to contact me and hear any of my concerns, from a customer point.the security constantly said , yap it's up to them and that's how they run things. They also stated it's up to the owner to provide house keeping,  so I asked was that house keeping who brand the sheets , if so why couldn't they put it on , if not no one should have been in my room without permission. I asked the lady that does the activity planning if she was the manager , (sat.night) 745pm.she said for the property but the owner do what they want.I said well as the manager you are the eyes an ears for them , there for if I have a concern you should be able to handle it ,I suggested when the unit are ready to rent out , touch it up , light sweep, mop, chk linen, showers, this is what I do for a living I'm a housing inspector for military so we prep  the units before they move in.all they had to do bring me sheets instead of waiting for a ok.from a owner. They never went over a policy on the phone or when I checked in..she didn't provide a confirmation , I had to ask her what was there address., we never discussed any cancelation being I booked it 3 days before,  so I'm sure they didn't care cause there is no 30 days to give...no sheets were damage cause we was none to use the first night from 930 pm -730am we left, returned back 745pm -and chk out 730am, to pick up my disabled parents from another hotel.I looked on yelp and seen how sorry there service was sat the 14, I was totally upset, we spent a lot of money flying out there to scatter my brother ashes, I didn't a free spot , I wanted a comfortable relaxing spot.I broke out with bumps from those dirty pillows, .if there is a towel dirty it ain't 50$.they wish , p roving again how they rip people off...Anna is just plain lying just like a slumlord. ..
