[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Atlas Enterprise provided a fact sheet regarding their certifications and licensing, and did not properly restore the sprinkler system in operating statusBecause Atlas Enterprise attempted to defraud us by using old, terrible sod, improperly installed, of which we have several photographs, we had them remove itOur complaint addresses this fully After we installed fresh sod and began using the sprinkler system for the first time after the repair, it began to leak at the main connection in the front of the propertyThis was part of the contracted service since the sprinkler system cannot operate if it is not properly connectedCertainly for the high cost of the job to restore the sprinkler system we expected the sprinkler system to be operationalWe notified Atlas Enterprise of the leak, but they did not respond to repair it until the following week In the meantime, significant water loss occurredWe are deducting the excessive water expense from the amount due as a result of the failure of Atlas Enterprise to meet the terms of the contract.If need be, we will also file a complaint with the county consumer affairs officeWe will forward an adjusted invoice to Atlas Enterprise and provide payment, minus $for the leak resulting in a very high water bill Regards, [redacted] ***
