Review: 1) Sale does not infrom about cancelation penaltiees in proper way

Dhe document that states that product is not refundable was given to us after payment was made. The document that we signed has

signature ony on first page where the urchased items were mentioned. When we read the other page with penalies it was already late. The reason of canceling was following: we found better offer in a shop that was in 5 minuts to walk. We could by at least part of product with the same day delivery - not in one week. As soon as product was a mattress and I have to sleep on the floor before I get it the time was important

2) Sale persnon declined to cancel order

We made an order on 5th of July (not woring day). When we tried to cancel it they decline it and made me do reselection. Sale person told that it is too late to cancel order and he can only allow to make reselection.

3) Sale person made us make reselection ubder preasure of penalty.

We had to make reselection to have any sence to wait for product. Reselection lead us to purchase product that we havn't seen in show room (night stands and dresser). Sale person showed us additional items and gives us discount to compensate our inconvinience of waiting one week. We accepted offer to have all pises of furniture match each other. Sale person shows us simlar product and promised that mechanical parts will be identical quality. After delivery we found that this is not true.

4) Atlas Furniture delivered product with one damadged item and items with lover quality.

When product ws delivered we found that sale person not tells true about quality of product. The mecanical part was absent. One part of bed frame was damaged. After we saw it we have to send all purchased items back because we need everything or nothing. the mattress was never in our house.

5) Sale declined to refund money.

We contacted to sale person to cancle the order one more time. Salee person wanted to live part of merchendise and replace broken piece. We declined to do it because the quality in whale was very low and we didn't waant to by anythun from Atlas Furniture because we afraid to et to more problem that we had now. Sale person start to call us with different offers to buy something. But we desided not to buy anything not to get to anoter trap. So we didn't answered to thair calls untill we find any organization that can help us to return money

6) Sales person declined to speak with us about refund and told that he is a manager of "Atlas Furniture" and that we have to come to their shop

After 3 hours of trying to find help we desided to call to atlas furniture to speak with manager. The sale person picked up and told that he is a manager nad that he wants to speak to me only - not to my wife. I always try to trust people but in this case I fill that without help I will be fullished agains so I desided to go to shop "[redacted]" where we buyed all the rest of furniture. They give us your site.

Result: We don't have our money; We dont have furniture with mentioned by sales person quality; Sale person wait for us to sell us something else. We stuck with "Atlas Furniture"Desired Settlement: 1) (Primary) Return money

We still not have our money back. We need to spend them to buy mattress in other shop. We very afraid to go to "Atlas Furniture". We lost all 4-th of July offers and low prices so we panished for our stupity enough

2) (optional) Adjust payment porcedure/documents in "Atlas Furniture" and paiment document to be clear.

The paper that we signed has 2 sides: 1 side with items and signature. 2 side wit penalties. Unfortunatelly we get to this trap. We don't want anybody elese to get to it

for case[redacted]This was settled with a refund to the customer. He purchased the bed set, we delivered it, we set it up and called us a few days later that he did not want the furniture anymore. And If we didn't pick it up he was going to start throwing it out of his home and put a free sign on it and take us to court. We went the same day he called us to pick up the furniture and he had damaged it all while throwing it outside his home. We did nothing wrong, the furniture was in perfect condition, he signed it was in perfect condition and we were the victim here, We had to donate the furniture to a shelter because it was un-sellable.

Review: I bought a couch less than a year ago that was defective. I was not given the full refund towards exchanging it for something else in the store. I exchanged it for a bedroom furniture, and 7 months have passed and now the head board base is cracked and they want to charge me for another headboard even though it has been less than the manufacture warranty.Desired Settlement: Refund so I can buy another bedroom set somewhere else or replace headboard with a newer one.

Review: I purchased a media chest and a bed on April 24th which I paid in full. I was able to take the bed and the media chest was ordered on April 29th I called the sales agent [redacted] to advise I had been laid off and if there was anyway I could have the order cancelled and refunded. He said no and there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to the manager or the owner [redacted] said he would have them return my call. A week went by no one called me I called Atlas again and was advised someone would call me. I've called several times to this date I've not heard from the owner or manager nor have I never been advised if the media chest was ever ordered or if it came in.Desired Settlement: Refund in the amount of $299.00 plus tax.
