/atlas group would not allow us to make 3 minor sheet rock repairs caused by a small water leak.he also refused to let us inspect the damage before hand.***/atlas group charged my company $1530.00 to replace one sheet of sheet rock,a small amount of tape,mud,texture,and paint.we consulted numerous professional sheet rock repair men who informed us that one man could have easily made this repair in a maximum of 8 hours total.a professional,honest charge would have been no more than$300.00-$500.00 for such a repair,material and labor.he has been paid,however the address he uses on his invoice is false'??

First of all, this is an *** matter, not an Atlas Group, which is a real estate co. The Superintendent of this co. was called several times to look at the damage caused by their negligence. The owner of the unit insisted the insulation had to be changed, because it was wet. Also , being their Superintendent would not come look at the damage, how could they get quotes for the damage. *** works for *** (property manager) who complained about this co.'s mess at all times. Check with the owner of the unit they repaired and ask about their quality of work.

the quality of work in the unit above has absolutely nothing to do with *** price gouging business techniques.he is and was in charge of the repair.and NEVER made any attempt to call the the company.about the repair until after it was done.
This is my last response, Clay was called several times to check on the damage, never responded as several other calls. This is a *** matter, payment was made to ***, not sure how you can say the bill was too much when you never looked at the damage. Have a nice life.
