The United Supermarket in Dumas, Texas has got to be one of the worst I have ever experiencedMembers of the management staff blocking the aisles while talking to their friends, not employees, and then giving rude looks when you point out that they are being rude by making customers go around to another aisle just to get byOr, checkers who are too busy talking to their fellow workers to even acknowledge a patron who has entered the checkoutEvery time we go into this store, there is another pitiful excuse for customer service on displayPoor management, poor training, and poor quality of personnel have put this store in a very bad lightMy wife and my daughter have both worked at other United stores and that type of rude behavior was not toleratedThis is a sad version of the United we used to experienceWe are finding ourselves less and less inclined to shop at UnitedThere are other options and they are getting more of our businessWe are not alone in our assessment of this particular storeToo bad not more people will speak outWe seem to be living in times where poor customer service is just expected as business as usual

I am wondering WHY no one has contacted me after I had an accident at the Snyder store, week ago ???? It took minutes for *** to find an accident report, and minutes for *** to type it , and bring me a copyI went to the ER, and to an orthopedic surgeonDoes NO ONE care, or what ??? Your business office should !!!

Tony at Atlas provided superior service. He was professional and efficient. The price was very reasonable. Tony and Fred provided quality work. Atlas has excellent customer service, and I will call them when I have a heating and air conditioning need.

Review: Atlas provided and installed a 4 ton [redacted] AC unit at our residence. After original bid of $5800 in 9/13/12 Atlas discovered that additional work in the amount of $350, and the $865 was needed to properly install unit. After experiencing some issues with the unit we were informed that unit was so poorly installed it would not even qualify for warranty repair. We had to pay $580 for damage to compressor starting components caused by the complete lack of air flow to the unit, in addition to a scheduled $4,000 repair to remove the unit, properly repair the make up air intake and reinstall the unit. The unit was installed in a manner that is not up to building code nor up to the manufactures install specs.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of all costs other then price of the unit itself since it was salvageable with the removal and reinstall.

Atlas recently installed two, new HVAC units on our duplex in Citrus Height, replacing units that were 38-years old. Tenants had just moved into the one side of the duplex, when it was discovered that the old HVAC units were inoperable, and likely beyond repair, or at least not worth repairing. This occurred in late June with temperatures approaching triple digits, creating an unbearable condition for the tenants.

Tony at Atlas was contacted, who investigated and promptly provided a quote that was very fair and reasonable. The work was authorized, a deposit was paid, and the work was started and completed within three days, and on a Saturday no less! We, as the landlord and property owner, were very pleased, as were the tenants.

Tony also handled all the permitting and inspection required by the city, and helped us resolve minor deficiencies that were unrelated to and outside the scope of Atlas's work.

Atlas Heating & Air installed my ac system in my new home. I knew nothing about ac units so I needed help with choosing the right size for my new but small Cottage. They were quick to let me know that I did not need the larger more expensive unit that I thought I needed. As a single woman what a relief to know that a Company cares more about the needs of their clients not just how much they can make from them. When anyone asks I always recommend Atlas Heating & Air.
