Atlas Heating and Cooling

I hired Bob, owner of Atlas Heating & Cooling to install a new A/C & Furnace. The furnace is located in my attic and you access it by pull down stairs, which he needed to remove and reinstall upon completion. The day he finished it was late in the day. He assured me he would be back within the next week to reinstall stairs. He requested payment in full at this time. I paid him in good faith. The next week came and went. I heard nothing. I called 3 weeks later. He said he had forgotten but would be by that coming Saturday to complete the job. Again, nothing. The next excuse was he had some family issues but would be back within the next week. This has been since June 22, 2018. He now will not answer my texts or phone calls.
