ARE TAKEN CARE OF IN A EXPEDIENT MATTER.SHE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AT WAY BELOW THE MARKET PRICE TO START .*** .SHE KNEW THIS AND MADE US WORK FOR OUR MONEY ON THE SMALLEST OF INCONVIENCES TO THE LARGEST MAKING US TAKE THE VEHICLE TO AUSTIN ON A SUNDAY, ]CONTROL IS NOT A ISSUE WITH US BUT MAKING SURE THE JOB IS DONE RIGHT FOR OUR CUSTOMERS AND EXPLAINING THAT PATCIENCE IS SOMETIME NEEDED.NOW DID SHE REALLY NEED THE PLATES WE MADE SURE SHE HAD PLATES AND WANTED TO GRANDSTAND IN FRONT OF HER FAMILY FRIENDS AND IS VERY ATTENTION SEEKING TO EVERYONE AROUND HER IT SEEMS ,LIKE SHE DID HEREMERCEDES WHEN CONTACTED I AM POSITIVE HAS EXAMPLES OF HER SAME BEHAVIOR AS WELL FOR VER SHE AND HER DAUGHTER ALSO BOUGHT A FINANCED VEHICLE FROM US SHE HER DAUIGHTER EXPLAINED SHE WAS GOING TO BE LATE THIS MONTH BECAUSE OF A NEW JOB I WORKED IT OUT FOR HER AGAIN ITS NOT A PERFECT WORLD I ACCEPTED THAT BUT SHE WONT ACCEPT THAT OR INSECURE ISSUES SHE HAS FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD .I COULD JUST PICK UP THE UNPAID VEHICLE BUT KNOW BELIEVE THAT THESE MATTERS CAN BE WORKED OUT INSTEAD OF BRINGING IN NICE PEOPLE AND EXEMPLARY AGENCIES THAT TRY TO HELP PEOPLE WITH REAL NOT IMAGINED ISSUES .WILL THE WORLD END BECAUSE OF THE ISSUE NO WE LIKE HER TRY THE BEST WE CAN .WE HAVE BEEN HERE FOR OVER YEARS AND HONESTLEY HELP PEOPLE IN TRUE EARNESTNESS .I THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND IF WE CAN BE IN ANY ASSISTANCE TO THE Revdex.com IN THEFUTUREITURE WE WILL ALWAYS TRY OUR HARDEST .THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU MISS *** ...DO YOUR ABSOLUTE BEST IN ANY AND EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE ,BUT BE REALISTIC IN A NON PERFECT WORLD AND EXPECT THE WORST RESPECTFULY MR *** *** AML MOTORS GENERAL MANAGER FAMILY OWNED FOR YEARS ***

I am rejecting this response because: You are not being honest, the offer to allow me to pick another vehicle was never an option, that's why I continued to ask *** the sales person to speak to *** throughout the troubled service, my gut instinct kept telling me something wasn't correct, coming to find out I had signed a contract for a GXLexus instead, I asked right away for my refund, but *** stated that *** said "No" and there was nothing I could do because I already signed. I thought I had Days if I was not satisfied with the purchase ,and felt I should have been returned my 2,000. I was told the odds and ends to the vehicle would be handled even though it was bought AS IS. If you were aware of picking up the vehicle what took your Company so long to pick up and why do I continued to get calls stating I owe a balance and asking vehicles whereabouts ? I have all my contracts saved and telephone calls with voice mails to provideYes your correct I did sign a Contract, but the weird deal is that I am the only one that signed? I though a contract is not official until both Parties signatures are on the Contract?

With regard to the above mentioned #*** Our company policy regarding sales , all units are sold on a "As Is" basis and any and all mechanical problems that may occur over the period of their ownership is at their expense...In some cases we may assit with the labor expense
depending how much work is involved..This customer was under the impression we were going to reimburse her for all expenses she paid When she was told that we were not going to reimburse and reminded her of the AS IS document she signed , she demanded her money back or come and pick the car up so we did just that.We would have been willing to trade her out of the car for another car in our current inventory, but she did not give us the opportunity to do so...We did not report the unit as a repo on her credit report so as not to penalize her credit rating
