Atlas Kitchen & Baths

Atlas Kitchen and Batch was hired on 12/9/18 to remove and replace shower, tub and vanity. The company ordered the tub, but no additional work was performed. The contractor informed that he could not start until 12/28/18. The contractor canceled. The contractor stated he was show up 1/2/19. He provide additional requirements regarding clearing the stairwell area that had not been discussed, so we rescheduled for 1/3/19. He said due to the weather, he needed to reschedule to 1/4/19. He informed that he had additional challenges with getting the company to deliver the tub; therefore, no show again. My husband spoke with the contractor to inform that we are losing time, but he informed that he does not work on Saturday and Sunday. He decided to come on Saturday, but did no work. He brought the tub and asked us to store it. I had no place to store the tub. He assumed he could put it in the garage, but the garage was not available as we previously informed him. He became anger and hostile and drove off. He initially stated Saturday that he would come over and remove he old tub, but it did not occur. He informed that he would be back Monday morning 1/7/19, but he sent a text at 8:15 AM abruptly terminating the contractor. He has 50% of the money for the project.
