I reached out to customer [redacted] after becoming aware of his complaintAt that point I set an on-site appointment on March 22nd to his site location in Eagleville, TNIn his description to me prior to the visit he stated the transport driver who delivered the home caused damage on the delivery and did not hold Home Nation at faultHe stated he wanted a new homeIn his phone call he stated the driver came on his property and swung out wide on his driveway opening and per [redacted] had the home at a 30- degree angle upon pulling in and felt all the damage was from that process When viewing the entrance, it was a very small bank that the driver came over and did pop the interior panel.After a walkthrough of ***'s home, I observed the following cosmetic repair:The exterior side was bowed on the door side (probably installed to tight on location)Several areas thru out the home where trim was loose (secure)Panel at front door was bowed and damaged from transport (replace)Check and re-square both exterior doorsBathtub does not drain properlyI walked the entire home and saw no evidence of structural damageThe roof line was as built, the floors were level and very secure and at the area where the panel popped the wall studs were stable and secureIn my opinion all issues are cosmetic, and I informed [redacted] of that that I felt a new home was not warranted but again he did not fault Home Nation but the transport companyI left it to him to contact me when it was best to schedule repairs
