I bought a car from here with the understanding that the car is in perfect working conditionTurns out they cleared the codes on the OBDto sell it, and after driving it for about a week, the code comes on for bad catalytic converters! First off, they did emissions testing on itso how did it pass? Second, now I have had to pay out of pocket for all repair costs! Absolutely ridiculous! And they tell me it had been fully inspected, frame and everything to see if it had been in an accident (carfax said it was clean) so I took their word on itWhile doing some work on my car, I decided to take the front bumper off to make it easier to work onAnd what do I find? The impact bar is bent and is being held on by tape, and the frame impact absorber is crunched also! It is actually very noticeable when looking under the carI have a feeling that all they did was clean it up, clear the codes and post it online! I would not recommend doing business with these guys! Very dishonest, shady people there

So I thought everything was fine with the truck I bought, hours later starts mis firing, and leaking oil out if the filterFunny thing is they told me they changed the spark plugs and the oillooks like they attacked the oil filter with a hammer if you ask meThey have ok salesmen I think but stay away because they mechanics or crap - at least from my expirenceCalled about and well you better talk to the mechanics. What a joke

So about or months agoI ended up buying a vehicle from Atlas Motors in Murray on State Street
The car was supposedly in prestine top performing condition
I noticed a light had come on within the day right of recision
I took it back, they said it would be fixedI also noticed that the "Engine Oil Needs To Be Changed"
The mechanic at the shop said that it had been done..>
I ended up keeping the carand it is now past my dayCar started to stutterCar eventually died on me and had it towed to the dealershipThey said that it was the batteryand that they changed the oil in the vehicleWhen I came to pick up the vehicle they tried to charge me for labor costs and I refused to do that because it was pre-existing when I bought itIt should've been done before I bought itI ended up paying like for the battery
They said that as of now, the car is in perfect condition and if I wanna get a warranty theyd suggest I do i

I bought a used vehicle here in June The buying experience was typical of any dealership I had to make them drop the $dock fee and $in "miscellaneous" fees Made it out the door at a fair price, not a great price but fair enough Less than miles later the vehicle is in limp mode I have the codes pulled which indicate problems with the turbocharger Average cost of repair is $3000-$dollars Mechanic stated that it is a problem that can occur one day and not the next (likely why I had no issues during test drive.), but that it had likely been that way for quite some time The dealership stated that they had the vehicle on their lot for over a month, so I find it hard to believe they knew nothing was wrong with it Without proof of wrongdoing, I am simply of the cost of repairs Utah's "as is" laws put you at the mercy of the seller, so I recommend passing on Atlas Motors as a precaution and going with a reputable seller
