I am sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with your vehicle Appx days after you purchased your vehicle as is we as a courtesy repaired your catalytic converter at no charge to you It is apparent to me after inspecting the vehicle you traded in that it is possible you do not understand that vehicles need to be maintained After the purchase of your vehicle you are responsible for all of the repairs needed as a result of wear and tearPlease feel free to reach out to me You have never brought your car to us so we could try to assist you Mike L [redacted] Managing Partner

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Let me address your comments,You have tried to contact me twice, not several timesI attempted to contact you several times, and was ignored If I owned a business I would return calls about something like this the same day (And if you were on vacation, why could you take your sales guys calls all the way through our negotiations, but refused to talk to me? Sure craigslist is globalbut you had multiple ads with that price up, I have the ads and META data for these ads You have to update each ad individually, so you Tytwo ads the exact sameAnd you main sites web page? All Typo's? Plus your salesman Jorge told me specifically that he took the wrong picture, not a typo, so he had to honor that price Until he called you to "check minutes later when I was told that you paid 14,so thats the lowest they could go (again you are saying here that you purchased a car on auction for 4k over blue book value? Hard to believeI car faxed the truck I wanted when I got home Your sales would not do this for me, they Just claimed several times it has a clean title Guess what, it doesn't, 7k accident on car fax Sincerely, [redacted]

Mr [redacted]  First let me apologize for the typo and the misunderstanding. Our advertising of over 6000 vehicles a year is typically flawless and accurate.Let me address a few of your issues.I have attempted to call you on several occasions.1. All of my ads have a typo and error...

disclosure.2. We do not engage in bait and switch ever.3. Be advised that this vehicle had been on ad for just that week. Craigs list is global, what that means if I change a price on a vehicle today, it will be reflected on that specific vehicle all the way back to the very first time that ad was ever on Craigs list in the past 30 days. I fully understand that vehicles must be maintained but when the issue becomes apparent that the vehicles COMPUTER SYSTEM is bad and this is the reason that the car has poor performance, then I don't feel this is a bill that I should have to foot.  Before I ever made my first car payment there were numerous issues with my car. So it has become clear that Atlas DOESNT UNDERSTAND that selling quality vehicles is a priority. A computer system doesn't just go bad on a car. I would like the OWNER of Atlas to contact me. I could have kept my 2002 Chrysler with no issues and over 100k miles if I had known there would be this many problems.  This fix to the computer system is going to be a sizeable amount. Why am I responsible for a fix that should have been done prior to selling the car. Please have the owner of Atlas contact me. I have gotten no where with salesmen, managers and other folks on the front line. I would like Andy-the owner of Atlas Motors to contact me. He needs to be aware of the kind of service that repeat customers are receiving. I appreciate your fixing of the catalytic converter but again this too should have been fixed prior to me purchasing the vehicle. I think it's awfully strange that all of these engine codes came on IMMEDIATELY after me going through DEQ. I believe Your mechanic did just enough to sell the car. I have a $10,000 car that I cannot drive and havent driven in months simply because it won't go. I have already spent money attempting to fix an issue that was pre-existing. I refuse to foot this bill. Please have ANDY contact me l
