Customer states, that I, [redacted] was at their home to give a visual estimate, that is not trueI was never in the their home at any timeThe customers accusation is misleadingThe customer was e-mailed three options for service, the first contemplated a complete white glove move, the second was partial packing and moving of the furniture and other items, the third was simply moving without packingThe customers opted for the third choiceThe contract for service clearly states that it is an hourly contracted and pro-rated, all terms of the contract are clearly set forth, the customer by his order for service agreed with the terms of the contractThe move went over the estimated time, in that, the customer added things to be moved on the day of the move and, in addition to which, required some packing servicesWe are well within the terms of the contractIf customer is alleging damages I would ask that proof of said damages be forwarded to us so that the claim may be assessed, this of course is the way that any claim for damages is handledThe customer is attempting to use the Revdex.com to process and or enforce a claim for which there are no proofs submitted, I would therefore ask that the complaint be dismissed with prejudice [redacted]

Atlas World quoted us a price of $for moving, I signed a contract for the priceThe day of the moving Atlas World came with a small truck, they had to rent storage to put some of our furniture because the truck was too smallThey presented me with an invoice higher then what they quoted me.I gave them a check made to cash for $more then what I was quoted.The next day I get a call from my bank that someone from Atlas World crossed off the word "cash" and wrote their name on the check....the bank refused to cash the check.Atlas World came to our house with our furniturethey started to unload the truck and then asked for money this time they wanted cash if I didn't give them the cash they where leaving with our furniture.We called the police they came and they stopped them from leavingI gave them more cash so I could get my furniture.They went to the storage to get the rest of our furniture when they came back they demanded more moneywhen I didn't give them more money the

Order was taken by offering flat rate of 985$ for 1BHK including boxes.I had clearly mentioned on phone and emails that I had more items however weight will be less than 2100lbsI asked someone to visit and estimate
Before movers even started, I asked them how much to payMover said he will tell after loading the truckHe shocking asked for 1900$.Had he told earlier I would have immediately canceled as my furniture costs less than 1500$Also he did not mention long carry charges TILL END inspite of checking my house and parking

In 3/I contacted Atlas World for an in home estimate for services The individual *** M*** came to my home and provided an estimate for movers totaling $ This was for professional movers *** also came to my storage unit to provide an estimate of also emptying this The price increased hours to $ This is what I planned for I was told I would not be charged for stairs then I was, I was told packing supplies were free then charged The day of the move the guys were supposed to be at my apartment at am They arrived at am with only guys The driver *** advised my sister the price was going to be reduced to per mover from $ I was then advised the owner told him to charge Right off the bat *** advised would not be the final price I called *** and advised this was unacceptable He told me dont worry I'll take care of you and your one of my favorite people Once the job started I realized these were NOT pro

I hired Atlas to me with my residential moveThe movers caused damage to my property ( newly refinished hardwood floors) by dragging boxes on the floor The movers were told repeatedly to be carefulThey were blatantly disrespectful and did not careI reached out to John M*** at Atlas and explained what happenedHe apologized and said they would handle the damageI just had to provide them with an estimate I sent over the estimate and they said it was sent to their insurance company and they would send a check directly to meOver months later I got nothingI followed up several times for an update or a contact at the insurance company and no replyFinally got a hold of someone and they said am adjuster will call and come down to see the damageThe adjuster never called/no showNow no response from Atlas World
