Atlas finally installed my new springs this morning (Oct 23/2015) and I spoke with John B*** (boss?)
He apologized for the mand explained that he had lost my address/contact info therefore was unable to contact meI believe that he is
being honest and therefore I am satisfied that there was no intention to miss the appointments that were scheduled
