It is now 5 mos. since this package was sent and no one has contacted us or the people we shipped it to , to say where this package is.
At this time, I have not been contacted by Atlas Phone Cards Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted].

Review: On October **, 2013, I went to the Atas phone card store and had a package shipped out to Italy. The [redacted] said this would take 4 to 8 weeks for delivery. Approx. one ago a worker at the store contacted me requesting to go over the information I filled out on the shipping form because they couldn't deliver the package. All the information was correct and we gave her an additional phone to contact in Italy in case one person didn't answer. She told me well we have to wait for them to call us back so we can give them the information but, they don't call us right away. So I figured I'd give them alil more time. Last week we went to Atas Phone store to find out what the status of the package was and she told me she didn't know of any problem so I explained the situation to her and she told us why did you wait so long and I explained what I was told by her co-worker and she said oh no I never heard of such a thing. Then she said you need to fill out this form with the shipping no. on it. When I went home to look for my copy I must have misplaced it. So on Saturday , February *, 2014, we went in there to ask her for a copy of our form we told her the date shipped but, she said it would take her too long to look for it and couldn't be bothered. I asked her for the shipping company name she gave me that with their phone no. I contacted them today Feb. *, 2014 , and they told I need to get the shipping no. from Atas I explained to her how the woman [redacted] couldn't be bothered helping us and she wont look for the no. I told [redacted] well if they cant deliver the package, then I want it back and she told me they don't return them. What the heck is this kind of business. So they just keep the package. That's not right, I had a 100.00 worth of goods in that box plus I paid 38.00 to ship it. I will never ever use this Company again, they are horrible.Desired Settlement: I would like to try to get the shipping no from Atas Phone Card store , since the shipper said I need that. Then I'd like them to find out what happened to my package and have it returned. Otherwise, I want a full refund of everything.Thank you for your help.
