An outside contractor for our company failed to confirm the repair appointmentAgain we apologize! Our office was contacted by *** and on Sunday afternoon I responded with a tentative Monday mid-day appointmentOur company is dispatched miles and 1.5hrs away so it was
necessary that we have an appointment to travel to the remote location. On Monday, our company was approximately 15minutes away before being turned away due to our inability to satisfy ***. Fortunately - No money was lost to the consumer
