I didn't want to argue with the plumber as it wasn't his faultSo I paid him and then he leftI then called the office back and spoke to the young lady who couldn't explain what was "free"Though it's just $it's the principle of telling a customer we provide free estimates

Dear ***,From your fist complaint and now the same on the second complaint I again apologize Atlas Plumbing & Mechanical is a small (2) man operation and I sincerely doubt that any comments were made regarding our company size.At this point their can be nothing but additional apologies made to you ***, as the consumer, Atlas Plumbing & Mechanical caused no financial loss to you or is any further obligation required by AP&M.I assume your repairs have been completed and both sides can now move on.Respectfully submitted,***

I own a Ryan Home that is 3 years old. I noticed a large wet spot in my living room ceiling. The standard builders warranty has expired. Ryan homes recommended that I contact Atlas Plumbing for assistance. I called the office and the young lady who answered the phone was able to schedule a plumber to come out on the same day. The young lady also advised me they provide "free" estimates. The plumber showed up and took a look at the ceiling and advised me that if he had to open up walls to complete a plumbing leak he would have to charge $129.00. The plumber asked to take a look upstairs in the areas above where the leak was located which was the laundry room. The plumber took a look at the pan under the washing machine and noticed there was water in the pan. He stated that was the problem as there should not be water in the pan. He then stated that he wasn't going to charge the $129.00 but he was going to charge $75.00 diagnostic fee for locating the problem. Well what was the free estimate? I didn't want to argue with the plumber as it wasn't his fault. So I paid him and then he left. I then called the office back and spoke to the young lady who couldn't explain what was "free". Though it's just $75.00 it's the principle of telling a customer we provide free estimates.
