Ordered and paid for a shed about weeks in advance, set up delivery date time of first thing in the morning and explained how critical it was to have it delivered on timeI was told it would not be a problemI even called the week before delivery to ensure everything was on schedule, was told it was all set and that the shed would be delivered on schedule between 7:and 8:AM
On delivery date waited over an hour past delivery time and called to find out what was the hold upWas called back and informed that it would be an afternoon deliveryWhen I told them that would not work and asked why? The company told me it wasn't their fault that people didn't show up for work earlier in the week and it set them backI also asked why wasn't I informed earlier in the week? I was again told it wasn't their fault that I wasn't called and told it would be late
In the end I got my shed delivered about hours late after several phone calls and the company said they couldn't do anything to make up for itAll I got from them was that it wasn't their faultVery poor communication and customer service as well as lack of responsibility of the company to own up to their mistake or even try to make it rightIn their eyes I got the shed eventually so that was all they needed to do
