itself was signed for one year and there is no documentation or addenda in it that outlined their verbal agreementIn light of these new details from Mr***, MrNick M*** has agreed that the situation will be treated as a standard move-out and will be working directly with Mr*** to finalize the resolutionBecause we typically do not offer lease agreements under a year commitment, the situation has also served as a teaching moment to remind staff of our policies and best practicesThank you!
