I didn't know how to reply to the complaint so I am sending it to you. We did not receive Mr***'s release until late afternoon on Friday's our lots do close at 3pm. He said we quoted him a fee but we are never sure of actually cost until we get the release from
lien holder because every lien holder is different. When he called in we had explained to him that our local agent runs the lot and would not be available until later in the day because he works all night. I am sorry for inconvenience.
