star three people called me back with a very small problem Very prompt and curtious I will do business with atlas again

We are sorry to hear you are having issues with the unit, but no where in the listing did it state it was testedWe offer days to test our equipment from the time the item arrives and if you have issues, return it for a refundYou however, waited almost two months

This item was purchased through our ebay store and buyer was given a return guarantee, buyer received this item on 2/29/Buyer did not contact us about any issues till 4/18/in which we let them know they were out of the days and sent them the user manualBuyer opened an ebay case
for the return on 4/28/in which ebay sided with us due to the fact buyer was almost month out of the return periodWe have attached the listing for this item and the return policy which the buyer would have viewed and agreed to before making his purchase

My experience with Atlas has been nothing but positive on numerous occasionsI have used them for both the acquisition and selling of medical equipment, and the service is always top notchAs icing on the cake, they were able to secure me a piece of equipment at a price other equipment vendors I was talking to couldn't believeThey wanted me to pass on it simply so they could buy it from Atlas themselves! A+ all around!

I bought a medical equipment from this company which turn to be defective and not working and never been inspected as they mention in their listing

The buyer purchased a used Kodak Digital Panoramic X-Ray machine from our company for $+ $shipping in September (see attached). The buyer paid for the machine on October 22, 2014. Our company sold this machine on consignment for a doctor in the US and the former owner
had the machine inspected by Patterson, uninstalled and professionally packaged for "white glove" transport by United Van Lines shortly after receipt of your paymentIn the 1st week of November, the machine was tested and found to be complete and fully functionalThe machine was packaged to the appropriate manufacturer's specifications by a factory-trained technicianOn November 11th of the machine arrived safely with no exceptions noted on the signed delivery receipt (see attached)days went buy and your return policy expiredOn April 28th of the buyer notified us by phone that he needed a PCI interface card for his computer system and IT integration. This computer interface card was not specifically included in the sale of this machine, but we notified the former owner of the machine and we were able to help the buyer resolve this issue by having this PCI card sent to him.After having his own staff and technicians install and work on the machine, the buyer has notified us that he is having issues with the xRay tube head. Based on this timeline of events, the machine is no longer under warranty or return periodThe buyer has the responsibility of his own care and use of the goodsWe cannot honor his request for extended service or warranty.Our position is that this transaction was well executed and properly performed by our company, the consignor, and the transportation company. Unfortunately we do not offer extended warranties as this customer is requesting.I hope this statement makes the details of this transaction clear for all parties involvedI request that this case be closed.Sincerely, Atlas Resell Management

As explained before you listing a working machine and I get a non working machine and  by the time I get the machine which was about two weeks after purchase and when I open the machine is not essential as much the machine is working and not and any respected  and honest company will try to resolve the problem and not just sell a non working machine and try to fool the people into their crappy business.

communication was poor and that you needed to take this up with the Revdex.com.  I agree to your 6% APR interest as of October on the settlement amount after our commission and processing fees were deducted.
