Response: “We can find record of the trouble tickets documenting this customer reporting an issue, #[redacted] (called in on 12/19/15) and #[redacted] (called in on 1/9/16). Ticket [redacted] was closed by our Tech Team on 1/7/16 as ‘no issue found’. Ticket [redacted] was closed by our Ops Team on 1/14/16 as “charger working properly”. In each case our agents found that the charger was working properly and no further action was needed. We can confirm the delivery of multiple successful charges to other drivers at this site over the time period covered by the complaint. We also show record of this customer successfully charging his vehicle at the site 3 times in the past 7 days (1/27/16 @16:48 , 1/28/16 @ 17:57, 1/31/16 @ 12:39). The delivery of successful vehicle charges to the customer indicates the charger is working properly and the customer is able to utilize it reliably.” Thank you, Allison
