We got our roof replaced in August 2019. From day one Bobby and his crew were professional and courteous. He presented top of the line roofing products and worked well with our insurance agency. His guys were on time and worked very hard to complete the project in a timely manner, even in the hottest days of August. Outstanding and professional ! Clean, neat and quieter than I thought it should've been. Friendly to kids and pets. The insurance company threw a few pennies at us knowing that the roof should've been replaced. Atlas came in like a hero and got it the insurance company to pay what they owed!! Bobby and his crew were absolutely femoninal. I had multiple contractors come out with quotes for my roof replacement only to be met with dissatisfaction. When bonny came he was respectful and got the job done in quick fashion and above the basic standards. From point of contact to completion was only about 10 days. His crew provided minimal distraction and were thorough with clean up. The craftsmanship and the pride they have in their job speaks for itself. I absolutely love our new roof and repaired back porch. Highly recommend to anyone. The process was painless and all information I needed I had within hours for my insurance company. We had our roof replaced by Atlas Restoration Professionals in Sept 2018 after a freak hail storm. We were inundated with door to door sales people. We did speak to two other company representatives, but both wanted to make appointments several weeks from that day. When Bobby came to our door, he came prepared to actually go up on the roof, take pictures, and speak directly to our insurance carrier, right then and there, with no obligation to use his company! From that moment on, Bobby handled everything professionally and with a level of knowledge that inspires trust.

A Senior Insurance Claims Specialist entered a clearly marked 'No Soliciting? neighborhood and placed advertising material at homes that were clearly marked with 'No Soliciting? signs. A complaint/report may also be filed with the HOA and the local Police Department.
