Atlex Development, LLC (My Little Prayer Closet)

Review: On March 27, 2014 I was approached by [redacted] because he wanted to sell me one of his prayer closet. Before I brought the product I wanted to know what it was made out of and I was told that it was made out of [redacted] and that it was easy to assemble. I thought that this would be a good investment because of the material that it was made out of and not hard to put together. I brought one of the prayer closet for $175 cash. While my daughter was assembling the prayer closet I found out that it was plywood. I was not happy with this because I was told something different.I asked for a refund and was told that that his company has a no return policy of an open product except in the case of the product being damaged upon receipt. That policy is not listed on the brochure and that policy is not even listed on his website. So how can there be a policy that the consumer do not know about but is only told when they want a refund?Desired Settlement: I would like for [redacted] to refund me my $175 and take back his product.
