RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, POOR SERVICE
It nearly 3 months since the tenants had moved out of my property and these people to return the funds in my reserve account. They are slower than molasses in January and dimmer than a black light bulb. I had to ask them multiple times to get things done! It took them over 3 weeks to have the place cleaned and ready for the next occupants after the tenants moved out. [redacted] is the worst! She was contentious and called me a "very rude inconsiderate nasty person" when I asked her repeatedly to return the funds from the reserve account. That deposit that should have been returned over 2 months ago. [redacted] was insolent and revolting. She was a perpetual [redacted]! She had repeatedly claimed that she will send it or has sent it, but nothing arrived in the mail until nearly 3 months after the tenants had moved out. I am so glad that I no longer need the shoddy services of these unprofessional fools. They were much more concerned about themselves and the tenants than my wishes as the owner. They were too [redacted] and insolent to understand who they were working for.
