Review: My previous husband passed away last December. He worked for this company as a sales rep. and continues to receive residual income (10cents per transaction on ATM's he helped place: 52 machines/about $700 per mo. ). The money goes to an estate account and I am the executor. I have since remarried (Previous husband's name is [redacted] , I am in ATM Access' system as [redacted]. Checks were reissued to the estate from the time of [redacted]'s death in Dec. and I received all up until July. I did not receive the checks for July or August and yet they just sent me the check for September. I have called almost daily since August and just keep being given the run around. Supposedly the checks were reissued and sent. They said it could have been a problem with my new address but like I said, I have received a couple of checks at this address. And now they are so sick of my calling that I just get bumped to the voice mails of the people who could tell me what is going on. I have nine children. Five are still at home. We count on this money to buy groceries and have had to resort to going to some food pantries. I have been hung up on a few times and feel disrespected. I have not yelled at anyone or been unkind. Please Help.Desired Settlement: I would like the checks owed to me for the months of July and August
