The error Dis a host processor error, which means the card holders institution is the responsible parties for removing the funds from the accountThe FI will need to reimburse the funds in questionThe funds should be back in card holders account as of nowIf not, the card holder must notify

The complaints institution resolved the issue. The institution was the one that removed the money from the complaints account not the ATM machine. Issue has been resolved

Review: "[redacted]" has an ATM in front of our business. Our building is about to undergo renovation, and the location of the ATM is preventing the building owner from doing work. Further, the ATM has been defaced, and is an unmaintained, hideous eyesore. I asked the supposed owner of [redacted], Hamed A[redacted], to move or remove the ATM so that we can work. He claims to have a contract with one of the owners of the previous business - no longer associated with this location - and as such he won't move it. The owner (A[redacted]) also refused to identify the company who actually services the ATM - the sticker on the front says [redacted], the checks that the ATM company pays are from [redacted], online this is something called "A TM World". We don't have time for shell games with these front companies - we are trying to run a business.Desired Settlement: I want the ATM that's currently impeding renovations to be removed, or to be moved to a location that I specify within the business (e.g. downstairs).

Review: We are a deli grocery company operating in Queens county, NY. We have been customer of ATM World for 8 years during our business at the location; we've agree to put ATM machine in our store in agreement of a fee.

The problem arose when we sold the store on 8/**/2014. The new owners have been operating the business for 3 days already. When we called to have the ATM machine from ATM world removed they refuse to remove the ATM Machine.

Weather the new owners put their own ATM machine there or not put ATM machine there is their freedom.

We the previous owner and the new owners of our business have been contacting them via phone and in person for the last 3 days without and resolve. They just say they want to keep the machine there against all of our wishes.

There is no contract term that restricts us or obligates us from removing the machine because we had the machine there for 8 years already.

They are harassing us will calls and visits and we feel threaten by their bad business practice and they are interfering with the new owner's business.

I have tried calling cops from local precinct and weren't able to get help.Desired Settlement: Take the ATM (cash machine) away from our property immediately. they just keep repeating "we want to give you a good deal and want to keep you" like a parrot.

Kindly help us resolve this ASAP.

According to Metro NY ATM Corp. they have been in direct communication with Manna Deli & Grocery. it is standard practice to give at least 30 days notice prior to a company sale or company move. In this instance Metro NY ATM was only notified on 8/**/2014 and not prepared to remove the ATM in that short of notice. After speaking with them they are in communication with the previous and new owners and the issue will be resolved within 48 hours. Review: I receive unemployment benefits which go to my [redacted] card. On tuesday november **, 2013 I attempted to widthdrawl $100. From the atm machin located in taras market on [redacted] in [redacted] ct. And to my surprise the machine read database error after I had enterd my card, pin number and request. Alyhough the machine did not dispense any cash I was charged the $2.00 atm widthdrawl fee and took my $100. To pay for my light bill. I contact netspend to file a dispute and am now waiting I was told for 10 days! Needless to say the light company will not wait. I feel this is absolutely out of order. When I contacted the company I was told it was the law that my bank put the money back while issue is resolved. I was notified by [redacted] that this is not the case and that I wld have to wait the 10 days. I am now worried that my utilities will be shut off because of this Thnk you[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my miney back into my account asap.

Unfortunately this is an issue from 2013 and at this point in time there is nothing we can do to remedy the situation. On rare occasions the hardware/software of an ATM can malfunction and in fact charge the customer for the amount they requested while the money does not exit the machine itself. The procedure is for them to create a dispute with their bank. At that point the bank contacts us and we are responsible for pulling a “journal” or record from the ATM itself. Without contact or request from the bank regarding a customer’s dispute we will not be prompted to visit the atm to pull the “journal” or record. This is common practice for our company as we have combined over 7,000 ATMs nationwide. We pull information whenever requested by the bank and rectify the dispute typically within 7 business days.
