Failure to provide all contracted repairs and requested documentation
Legends Roofing did not replace the drip edge per their contract, used 30lb felt instead of Synthetic felt which was specified on their contract and is charging for feet of fence pressure washing and staining but only did feet and did not tell us or have a change order signed by usThey will not provide a list of subcontractors and suppliers, a affidavit showing the subcontractors and suppliers were paid in full, will note give me a Waver and release of lien for service rendered and will not give me an itemized bill that will allow me to reconcile all work done and being charged for to compare to what was actually done by Legends RoofingI have not received a final bill from Legends Roofing and can not pay them until I do
Adding insult to injury, Legends Roofing has turned me over to a collection agency (Fowler, lambert, & Rose) to attempt to force me to pay them without providing me with a bil
