On March 13, 2015, I purchased the Astra Vaportizer directly from Atmos' website for $ Unfortunately, I didn't test the product for about three months after my initial purchase All I did to initially test the vaporize was to charge it and make sure the device would move through the various heat settings What a big mistake!
The Astra never worked correctly I am new to vaporizers so I thought I was using the device incorrectly However, after hosting a new year's eve party, I let a few friends try out the Astra Vaporizer They said the device was a piece of junkand they did read the instructions to make sure they were operating it correctly
On January 16, I contacted Atmos Nation LLC customer service department The representative confirmed that I was using the vaporizer correctly, and it was probably just a bad device The representative did look up my purchase history and said I was eligible to have the device replaced for $ While I would have loved to have the device replaced, I just couldn't justify throwing away more money given the quality of the poorly constructed/manufactured Asta Vaporizer The reprehensive did say the device has been updated since I purchased it, but could not say how the device was updated
I recommend staying away from this company's product until the web reviews start showing positive recommendations
