Review: I hired this moving company when a tree fell on my house to salvage what I could to a PODS in my yard. I am disabled and on a fixed income. They only loaded 1/3 of what the contract called for, they had been drinking, and one of them took my briken flat screen TV out of my master bedroom where they were told not to go asthat was where the major damage was done. They charged ne 500.00 and mty neighbor and I ended up putting 25 bags, 15 boxes and some more furniture in the PODS the next day. You could walk in the PODS that should have been loaded. Don't use them. I texted the co-owner that night because I was exhausted and so upset I had to go to bed. I need 2/3 of the 500.00 returned to pay my neighbor for helping me reload it.Desired Settlement: 300.00

Our company went out to Ms. [redacted] residence to help move her out of her home. There was a tree that had fallen on her residence and the property itself was unsound and not by any means safe to work in. However, our experienced movers chose to stay and help her regardless of the safety risks they were taking. They could see that she was disabled and needed our help, so we tried our best to accommodate her and conduct her move. After her move was completed, she was still unhappy. We began receiving e-mails from her (most of them written in the middle of the night, so she would get upset when we would not immediately respond which was impossible as our office hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday). After reading and responding to her and her daughter's complaints, we sent her a settlement check for $200.00 out of the $490.00 that her job originally cost, in order to set things right and satisfy her. We did not refund the whole amount because although she says her move was unsatisfactory, we still completed it despite the hazardous working conditions. She received said check, and in turn told our company that she would retract her complaints and that all was well and taken care of. Yet she still lodged a complaint with the Revdex.com. We have tried our best to satisfy her just like we strive to satisfy every customer we have. We have been a reputable moving company for 18 years and we take our business and customers seriously. This includes complaints and our efforts to alleviate any concerns or stress that customers may have.
