Atmosphere Movers continues to automatically charge my debit card for my storage fee WITHOUT permission and WITHOUT providing an invoice. I have requested on at least two separate occasions (August and September) to receive an invoice for my storage so I can call with the payment or have a friend drop off the payment. I NEVER gave permission for Atmosphere Movers to keep my card number on file nor was I ever asked if they could keep it on file. I have made it clear on both occasions, they did not have my permission to automatically charge my debit card. It wasn't until I called today and after the storage fee is pending in my checking account, I asked for the charge to be canceled. I explained this was the third time without my permission for the automatic charge and I still haven't received and invoice. Only after I expressed legal action may be needed and stated I would be contacting the Revdex.com did I finally receive a response. Tiffany, owners wife, called screaming at me. She stated she would reverse the charge and they would be moving my contents (not sure what that means). She continued to scream they could not have this type of working environment for their employees, me calling every month and me threatening to call the Revdex.com; even though she has never called me. She continued to yell. I decided having a yelling match over the phone was getting me nowhere, so I hung up. She called back. I asked if she had calmed down so we could discuss this and she continued to yell so I told her I was hanging up. I then called and left a voicemail for the owner, Chad Stockstill. As of now, I am waiting for his call and trying to locate another moving company to pick up my contents. I was unhappy from the very beginning with the service because they did not do they things I requested, like crate my antique mirror onsite. My house was already sold and I had to move out. I was left with no other options at the time. The total disrespect and lack of customer service and professionalism is a huge disappointment.

Atmosphere Movers Response • Oct 22, 2019

was moved into storage on 07/16/2019. On 07/17/2019 she visited our office very emotional, yelling at our office staff that she was not happy with our services. We were sympathetic to her situation being she expressed she was emotional and going through a divorce. Her card was put on auto draft for her monthly storage fee from her invoice and release of signature the day of her move. She contacted our office September 2019 asking to remove her card from auto draft. The note was missed and not addressed. She then called again October 21, 2019 yelling at our office staff again threatening to complain to the Revdex.com , involve her attorney, refusing to hang up with office staff and causing stress to our employees. No one in our office has been able to communicate with her without her yelling at them, threatening them and causing havoc. I received a call from an employee clearly distraught that *** would not hang up. As soon as arriving to the office-before calling *** I issued a refund in the amount of $200 for the auto draft for her storage. I then called *** to let her know I had done so and which point she answered stating about time you call me back. She proceeded to yell and would not let me speak. She then hung the phone up. I called her again and the same thing occurred. She caused unneeded stress on our employees and myself. I emailed *** the issued refund. I also let her know she has 30 days to remove her contents from our warehouse. We as a business have the right to refuse any client that places our employees in a difficult situation. She is unreasonable, very difficult to communicate with, she is demanding that another mover and her friend inspect the contents of her unit which we can not allow due to insurance and policies. Our warehouse is closed to the public. We are giving *** 30 days free to make arrangements to have her contents removed from our facility. We have clients that have been in storage for over a decade and have never dealt with someone so demanding and degrading to employees or ourselves. I will send *** the two invoices that were not generated. Octobers invoice was refunded and sent to her yesterday. We are more than happy to accommodate ***'s belongings for the 30 days notice she was given yesterday at no charge and ask that she make arrangements to have it picked up within that 30 days. She also wants Mayflower and her friend to walk our facility which we can not do due to insurance and policies. We can send her inventory list and speak with the Mayflower rep to coordinate her move out of storage professionally and productively. We have no ill will towards *** however we can not allow any client to yell, threaten our staff and engage in unwarranted negative and stressful situations. If needed to appease to *** I will issue a refund for the two months that her card was charged as well in the amount of $400 and she can schedule another form of payment within 7 days of this notice in the event that is what she would prefer. We have no desire to hold ***'s inventory or cause any further non-needed stress on this situation. We'd like the transition of her items moved out of storage as smooth as possible within the 30 days we have given ***. At which point we will pull all of ***'s inventory and place it on our loading dock for anyone picking up the items to inspect then remove from our facility. Her items were moved professionally into our storage, they have been stored professionally, and we will ensure that they remain so until her items are picked up within the 30 days given to her.

While typing this message we have proceeding to accommodate *** and provide pictures of her unit and her inventory list with the move weight to arrange her move out.

As a moving service provider, they are liable to a broken furniture due to insufficient packaging and bundling. On Aug 29, I used them for moving house belongs into a pod parked on my drive way. On Sep 5, when the pod was opened, the piano was discovered with a broken leg. That happened because the heavy fridge next to it was not tied down by anything, which resulted crashing the piano leg during traveling.

I called the business as soon as I opened the pod and saw the broken furniture on Sep 5 to resolve the issue, and they said they will looking into resolving the issue. I called again later on the same day and they said the owner will call me to resolve it. However, nobody has called.

yes sir *** this is Warren S owner of Atmosphere Movers we have spoken I am aware that you have a damaged item that was one of the ones that we carefully and professionally placed all items into the POD in your driveway you watched us place all items in that unit. And were happy with our professional service we told you that when we pack a storage container that you contracted with another company our insurance leaves with us So when we put the item in the POD it was not broken it was not damaged Then POD came and tilted it up and picked it up and drove it down the road over bridges around curve stops start so on and so forth and then you hired another moving company to unload and move it again as I stated when we completed the part of the job you wanted us to do the item was properly placed in tact. now that you have not only moved but transported from the position we left it in you feel compelled to blame my company when in fact we did everything that we were suppose to do. we could have gave you a price to do the entire move with our company and our insurance and would have moved all items with out incident. but you chose to get PODS and another moving company instead of using our company for the move.

Basically the first leg of your move went well with us as stated nothing was damaged when we left. The second leg of your move might have damaged your item or the third leg of your move might have damaged your item but sir not the first leg this is not our fault nor is it our responsibility I realize you are attempting to recover money from me but you are trying to recover money from me for something I did not do.
