estimated that we would issue any refund in part or whole. Due to circumstances out of our control our time estimate increased and the job was finished past the estimate we providedAfter completion and walk through with ***, he signed off on the work but told us that if we did not give him a discount of at least $for the completed work that he would "contact his IT people and blast our name anywhere we can be found on the internet"We apologized to *** that the project ran over the estimated time but that we were unable to issue a refund for a job completed and asked that he not cause damage to reputation and I am online.We have dealt withcustomers that have threatened us by blasting us on social media in order to get a discountFurthermore after his threats we researched his profile on Yelp and found that he has done similar things to other companies including hotels in order to get refunds or discounts for services offered.After he had paid the agreed amount for the contract he proceeded with his threats and went online onto our Facebook page Google yelp and filed a complaint against us on the Revdex.comfurthermore he attacked another company that I own which did not have anything to do with this project and wrote negative reviews about our High Rise Window Cleaning Company.I wish to make it known to the public that we completed the work, he was happy with the work as per my walk through with him, but simply threatened us in order to get a discount on a job that was doneWe try to work with every customer and be as professional as we can however given this particular customer's history and his intent I hope the public can understand and see this for what it is.Kind regards,***
