I received poor dentistry. In addition, when given different amounts to pay I was not informed what these new prices were covering. In 2011. Firstly, I received poor dentistry. I had a root canal and crown put on. The crown did not fit, it actually seemed too large. Dr [redacted] told me that I just had to get used to the feel. He brushed my concerns aside. Within less than a year the crown broke off. Consulting another dentist, it was suggested the root canal may not have been done correctly.... Secondarily, I hade billing problems. When I arrived at an appointment with the payment I was told to expect, I was informed the money owed was higher. I asked what the increase was for. The receptionist told me that this new figure was accurate without showing me where it came from. She told me that insurance was complicated and would not discuss it with me. Desired SettlementI do not want anything. After hearing from others about their problems with Dr[redacted], I just wish to file a complaint. Business Response patient has not been seen in office since 2011 and has not complained about any services. If patient had concerns he should have come back for treatment, instead of waiting 3 years to complain. Sorry for his problem but we can not solve problems that we do not know about.

Terrible service. Charged $180.00 for a two minute appointment with Dr. [redacted]. I will never return or recommend! I contacted Atoka Family Dentistry 1/6/15 inquiring about pricing. I was informed it would be $100.00 to see the dentist. After spending a terrible three days with my toothache, I scheduled an appointment at 11:00am, 1/7/15. When I arrived ,before anyone (in detail) asked what or where my problem was, I was sent for an x-ray. Dr.[redacted] came into the room and informed me " He can not do anything for me". Without recommendation I was turned away. This is not before they charged me $180.00 for a two min dentist visit. Completely unsatisfied and I still have a tooth problem! Never recommending this dentistry or the dentist! Desired SettlementI would like for my $80.00 to be refunded. I was informed this would be a $100.00 visit. I also would like a recommendation for the issue I am having.
