This Company is amazing I’ve had great experiences with the company and the technician. He is very clean professional, and knows his appliances. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to everyone! Response time is great. He was able to repair my sealed system issue. During these hard times with covid-19 he made sure to take safe precautions, and clean up the area after repairs. I made sure my house was clean and sanitized before his arrival. I would be embarrassed if my house was a mess knowing a tech was coming to work in my home. Unlike the lady who left a one star review she should have known better.

ATOM has serviced my appliances for approximately 3 years and has a impeccable business. I would not go elsewhere to have my appliances serviced. The technicians work ethic and attention to detail is amazing!

As a healthcare worker I never get to pick and choose my patients. I paid a service fee to have my refrigerator and washing machine fixed after it had not been working for 4 days. With 4 children and husband at home these repairs are vital especially during this quarantine period. I am an essential worker so having these appliances working for my family while I am at work is extremely critical. Their jerk of a representative came to our home on my only day off from work and stayed 30 seconds complaining about laundry piles...isn’t that the reason I called you. The poles are there be cause my walker has been broken for 4 days and we are a family of 6! During the Coronavirus crisis essential workers are called to service and we do not get to choose who and what we serve! Yet this is my thanks ? ATOM...your workers clearly do not know anything about service nor care!!!! When I called to speak to the manager, he was even worse yelling that “we don’t have to stay and work your home” then hung up on me! This company is the worst and now I have to return to patient care while waiting 3 weeks for another company to help me and my young family! This company is horrible and doesn’t deserve anyone’s business!
